These terms apply to everyone who uses swtspot (swtspot.app): visitors, players, organizers, coaches and businesses with their teams. swtspot is run by Ethan Winiger, Portugal. Contact: [email protected].

Your login

A Player login is for one person; a Business login is for the business and the team it invites. Keep your sign-in safe and sign out on a shared device. The account type cannot be changed later.

Organizers are responsible for the data they add

Organizers, venues and coaches are responsible for what they add: players and their contact details, venues, sponsors, photos, dates and results.
•
Add people only for your own events, with their agreement to share their contact details, and keep them correct.
•
Keep the players file you download private and delete it when you no longer need it.
•
Invite by email only people who gave you their email for your events, and stop when they ask.
•
A business chooses who is on its team and what they may do; what the team does counts as the business's.

Ages and levels are shown, not checked

An event can show "Up to 12", "45 and over" or "Levels B, C", but nobody's age or level is checked when they ask to join. The organizer accepts or refuses each request and checks ages and levels where it matters.

Names, nicknames and photos

Use true names and no offensive, insulting or misleading nicknames, photos or texts. Nicknames show on public draws and boards. To report one, write to [email protected] with a link to the page.

Venues, sponsors and places

Add only true details about a venue, sponsor or public court. Its real owner can claim it, and we can hand it over to them.

Bookings and payments

swtspot takes no payments. You pay the venue; the venue sets its prices and cancellation rules and is responsible for the court.

What swtspot may do

To keep the app correct and safe, the swtspot team may fix or remove any content (names, nicknames, photos, results, pages), join duplicate player records, hand a venue page to its real owner, and stop a login that breaks these terms. The swtspot team can open and change any tournament or league to fix a problem.

Results and the service

Scores and results are entered by organizers and umpires; ask the organizer if one is wrong. Events are run by their organizers and venues, not by swtspot. swtspot is free for now and offered as it is: it can change, and it can be unavailable at times.

Changes and law

When these terms change we update this page and the date at the top. The law of Portugal applies, together with the European Union's data protection rules (GDPR).
